My Goals

Overall my goal is to lose weight and get back down to a weight I am comfortable with, about 120 lbs. However, more specifically I want to change my eating and exercising habits. I want to get in better shape by exercising more days of the week than not. I also want to start eating healthier and find foods that I enjoy that aren't french fries or cheeseburgers. I went through a period where I ate lots of unhealthy food everyday and stayed very thin because of my illness and the fact that my body wasn't getting any nutrients from the food. I want to break that mentality. Right now generally eating better and getting some exercise is more important than the actual weight loss. I'll worry about that once I get those other things in order.
